Hey my Eyeshine family!
I have good news and bad news.

The good news: as some of you already know and have been asking about I'm working on a solo project that reflects the music in my heart.
I'm looking to release it sometime this fall.

The bad news: I'm officially leaving Eyeshine (sad face) as the 1st string bass player. I know there have been rumors going around about this since the beginning of the year but I want to put those to rest. I decided to leave. I wasn't kick out or anything bad. Believe me it was one of the hardest musical decisions I've made. I just have so much music God put in me that I need to get out but just know "you fans" are a huge part of why this was so hard! Thank you so much for welcoming me into the Eyeshine family. What an amazing journey. I love you guys. I love the band.

We are all still really cool with each other and have future plans for my band to open for Eyeshine and well as collaborate on some music. In fact now I'm the backup bassist if they ever need me but it sounds like Crystal is doing a great job (I haven't even met her yet)! You go girl! I wish nothing but the best for Eyeshine!!

We will have my new Myspace linked with Eyeshine's so you can hear new songs, updates and show info.

So there you are. Please keep in touch. I hope to keep you all as friends first and then fans and remember to rock on!
